Interview
The worst interview I had in my whole career.
I was asked to create a server intentionally in a language I don't know, with an OS I'm not used to in an IDE I'm not familiar with, all that in one hour.
IN THE OPEN SPACE.
It was loud and was impossible to concentrate properly.
It felt like they tried to maximize the pressure to see how I perform in unfamiliar environment, but it felt more like they forgot this is not a test to be a pilot in the air force rather then a developer.
It absolutely did not measure my skills and abilities. Would not recommend.

Create an endpoint in a server that fetches data from API and returns digested data.

Interview
Interview process was very pleasant and hr was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.
the whole process was very welcoming and pleasing, atera seems to be looking for motivated talented people that have also strong interpersonal relations.

Question 1
interview steps are explained below:
1)hr call - basic get to know you call and tech stack knowledge.
2)online quiz - short quiz regarding basic coding principles.
3)team leader interview - asking about recent projects you were involved in. some architecturequestions followed by your code stack knowledge.
4)online coding - no need to prepare a head. this is a hands on test to see how well you handle day to day tasks within limited time.
5)CTO interview - some design questions regarding recent projects you were involved in your lastest job. this interview is less techniqal but rather personal.
6)hr interview - regular hr interview to understand if you fit the atera atmosphere.
