Interview
I had online interview. they asked me few real world questions. It was basic, but you have to have experience in order to answer those questions. I was a pretty good experience.
It was straightforward enough, I showed up and was asked to wait. This took longer than I would have liked, but the interview itself was pleasant, and required me to take a test to see how much background information I knew. I wasn't warned about the test ahead of time, so it was a bit of a surprise, but it wasn't too challenging.
