1. phone screen with recruiter
2. phone screen with hiring manager
3. panel interview, 3 interviewers, STAR format question/answer format
4. final round interview with hiring manager's supervisor
the interview questions were very straight forward. was just asked about experiences on my resume and how they were relevant to the position. STAR format interview was long.
Easy. Took a few weeks. Had good communication. It was with HR, then with the manager of the department, and then a round table esque interview with manager, senior drafter, HR, and one other person.
