Fairly standard and thorough interview process, with an initial Zoom screening and then in-person interviews at their offices. Lots of passion for the arts and the mission - but to the point where they do not take the best care of their employees as workers.

They asked fairly directly about how I would handle the challenging the scenario they just dealt with if it came up again - cancellation of shows and concern from patrons about their new crew member union going on strike.
