"3 tier" interview process. 1st and 2nd interviews were virtual and informative. Seemed evasive around the fact that it's door to door sales. More geared toward the fact that they "want to train the right person to move up to management". What they don't go into detail about is that this is a position that goes without benefits as well asking for a commitment to work 6days/week for a possible $400/week OR go full commission and risk taking home less. They are committed sales reps, selling a position that seemingly sucks life out of people until they are brain washed to recruit more soulless individuals.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience with the people I talked with. I really don't mean to talk badly about these people, because I know they've been brain washed/stuck in the mud and need to recruit more people to take their place, in order for them to move up in the company.
