I spoke with a recruiter twice, talking about my work history and the nature of the interviews and Atomic as a business. I took a coding challenge assessment on my own. Then I had a day long interview with the CEO and three other engineers who asked questions about work history and assessed technical coding skills. Everybody at Atomic was so nice and welcoming. The only reason I don't give them a thumbs up is because they never reached out to me again after the interview. I totally understand if they decided to go with someone else, but after speaking with several people, I expected to at least get an email. I tried reaching out to them a couple weeks later and never got a response.

Code challenge followed by two on-sites. Not particularly impressive but everyone here appears kind and considerate. They aren't. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a prospective employer.
