The interview process consists of six rounds:
1. Recruiter
2. Hiring Manager (45 minutes)
3. Manager of Sales Engineering (30 minutes)
4. Director of Partnerships (30 minutes)
5. Senior Sales Engineer (30 minutes)
6. Round Table Demo with 3 members, including the VP of Sales Engineering (1 hour)
Overall, the interview process wasn't too difficult. However, I'm unsure about the specifics of the role, as each team member provided a completely different description from the next, none of which matched the job description. The onboarding process appears to be non-existent, which is concerning for a product-focused role. Additionally, the compensation is low with no outlined On-Target Earnings (OTE).
Regrettably, the sales team also lacks diversity and seems to have a disorganized structure, which is more typical of a startup than a late-stage company.
