There were four stages: First with HR in which they ask for why are you looking for change, what kind of work ex you have etc, 2nd is the Technical interview with SAP consultants in which they ask variety of SAP configuration related questions mainly from AFS point of view, then another technical interview with Architect in which they ask for your project experiences and solution oriented case study type questions, then the final interview with VP of the stream in which they ask you to explain what other technologies you are aware of and how do you conduct different meetings/workshops etc.
So a good spread of questions, some tough some not. But you need to have SAP-AFS experience as that's what they typically look for.
For me, all these interviews were conducted over the period of 2 months although I did not hear back from the HR after the final interview.
