I had an interview with the Chief People Officer which then lead to a second interview with the PI. They were excited because they wanted people who wanted to stay long-term and I explained that this was what I was searching for too. They explained to me that Atuka was formed when several school mates from the UK decided to build a company.
I was then invited to an in-person interview to see the facility, meet everyone and discuss things further. I was told there is a 6 months probation and this is meant to make sure everyone "gets along" . I was then asked to provide references and they were contacted. A few weeks I got the email that they chose to move forward with another candidate.
