Reached out to me 4 months after I applied. Called 5 minutes before my first screening call to reschedule, after having to wait 2 weeks. Was then slow to respond at each step. After the 3rd step, I was ghosted. Unprofessional at every step and in every way imaginable.

Asked about my thought process and favorite way to absorb data, during the 2nd step.
It was a brief phone call to see if my profile matched the job opportunity. The HR person was helpful and approachable, making it feel more like a conversation, which was positive.
