I had a 3 step interview process that took about 2 weeks to complete and I believe from job posting to offer it was about 4 weeks. I had a very pleasant interview experience overall and each employee that I spoke with seemed happy to talk to me! I would say that Auction Edge is a special company and I'd love to work there in the future, their culture seems fantastic and each of my interviewers was down to earth. None of the interviews had overly difficult questions (given you have the experience), the types of questions they ask are related to your experience or describing their job. They don't use trick questions to throw you off and the interviewer was always transparent when they could be.
