The interview was in three parts:
1. 30 min, get to know you and the position

3. 1 hour, Behavioral questions with the team and managers.
Overall great experience and they were very nice and accommodating throughout the entire process.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Augurian (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2016
Interview
I applied through my university's recruiting page, and followed up via email. I heard back within a few days and set up an interview. I interviewed with the head of SEM and the president, and it was pretty relaxed. They mostly just wanted to get to know me and hear about my experience with digital marketing. Since they are still a relatively small company, they wanted to know how I would fit in with the culture.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Augurian (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2016
Interview
Since they are still a small company, I had a 30-minute interview with the CEO and the head of SEM. It was fairly laid back, they mostly wanted to hear about my experience. They went on to explain the type of people they are looking to add to their team. They talked about how the company is at a really exciting time where they are planning to grow quickly in 2017. I heard back in about a week with an offer of an internship with intent to hire upon graduation.
