I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aurum Communications (Mumbai) in Mar 2013

Interview

1st round was taken by head of Design which was followed by an assignment.If they like the assignment then the creative director takes the 2nd round followed by HR who proposes the salary and finalises the candidate.

Single round, Straight interview. Now it completely depends on what position you have applied for and whose taking your interview. But my interview was great. Simple to the point questions. The guy asked me about my field only, nothing out of it.
