Series of tests to qualify, pretty logical and fair. Phone interview was good. Then needed to complete security checks. Training process took a lot longer than expected. Overall was a good and fair interview process, which was expected for a job of this nature

The interview was conducted online via teams and there were two interviewers: the hiring/training manager and the office manager. Asked a short series of questions. Total interview time was 15-30 mins.
