The interview process was three conversations: 1) an initial screening for alignment on start time, expectations, previous experiences, etc. 2) a more in-depth conversation around organization strategies 3) a final conversation based on more precise day-to-day scenarios of the work if accepted

Typical government process, written application, interview, reference checks. Process took approx 3 months and there was little support between being verbally offered the job and starting the first day. Be prepared to chase and ask questions as there were conflicting instructions on process, documentation needed and timing.
