The questions were as expected as described by the case manager. With the primary focus being to determining your motivation and then to find the best job (assuming they didn't want your first choices.)
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Australian Army in Oct 2020
Interview
Lots of interviews to complete. Test you on a range of different areas. Begins with a normal interview followed by a psychological interview. If you're successful with that, you'll be invited to do an OSB. (officer selection board) This is quite challenging, takes a while to complete (varies with the person but around an hour) Here you get tested on impromptu scenarios. Like you'll get a couple minutes to prepare for a random topic they pick. They ask you a lot of questions about the army and how much you know about your job.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Australian Army (Sydney) in Jul 2015
Interview
The process was well organised. From the very beginning I was advised of all the next steps and could walk in knowing full well what was expected of me and what I could expect from the process. During the process you are required to take a test after which you are provided a list of jobs that are available for you to pursue in later rounds. There are of course physical and psychological testing aspects too.
