Phone screening. Panel interview. Psychology interview. The recruitment team and panel were professional and polite throughout the interview stages. ​The psychological assessment (OSA) was conducted by a competent professional who provided immediate, transparent feedback during the session. ​ The process took over 5 months from initial interview to final decision. There were long periods of silence (4-6 weeks at a time) with little to no communication which led to being rejected for not meeting OSA, which is understandable, but given the period to reach that outcome is not.
