The interviewing process was very easy and smooth in terms of communication and organization. I had a first call with the HR to introduce myself and to see if my experiences and expectations align with the company and the role I was applying for. The second interview was technical and we went into details of my experiences and education and gave me a details of the company structure and what I would be working on. After this interview I have got a programming test. I had to write a C++ code with multiple threads that took me a couple of days to finish, but I had about 2 weeks deadline. The test wasn’t easy but doable if you think and plan first, before starting coding right away. A few days after sending the code I had an interview with a senior software engineer where we discussed my key decisions and one bug I had. Soon after I have been invited to an on site interview where I met one on one with my future team members and had an HR meeting at the end of the day. Not long after the last meeting I received an offer that I happily accepted. The whole process took me about 2 months, but it was during the summer holiday season so you can expect it to be shorter. If you apply for a QA position the process is a little different as you would be invited to the office before the test and probably have the test in the office.
