So simple and user friendly! I was nervous at first thinking that I wouldn’t have all the dates I needed together and paperwork, I wouldn’t say the right thing, etc...but this was an overall very pleasant experience that I am glad to have been a part of.

How would I deal with a child that is refusing to speak, eat, sleep, or cooperate? Say his iPad died and that really set him off aand made him throw a tantrum telling everyone to go away? What steps would I take to try to assist the situation?

The initial process is automated, as soon as you provide your information a real person reaches out over the phone and email. A phone interview is set up and later on a 45 minute video call with a local supervisor. After that a team member reaches out in order to answer any questions about the process and training.
