Excellent! Everyone's been so helpful and kind! . Onboarding made and designed for ease of utilizing! I was extremely humbled with the interviewing questions I had answered. It really had me reflecting that night about how insightful and personable not only the people are here ..but the whole company. 🙏So grateful to be a part of this amazing team! I enjoyed the Welcome video. 🙏She sets the stage for the beginning a wonderful experience as a team member of ALP.

My interview process was delightful to say the least. I truly enjoyed Stephen professionalism and his knowledge of the field. I really liked the role play scenarios that we completed. I am excited to be a part of this company.

Interview
The interviewer was a registered behavior technician with over 3+ years working with the company. We greated each other and he explained the role and job position. He confirmed some basic role questions that were asked during the phone interview. Later we talked a bit about each of our backgrounds and later some behavioral questions.

They asked me about my personal work experience and what motivated me to apply for the position. They also asked about my education background, my long-term career goals, and my previous job experience. The interviewer asked me to share one of my weakest skills, something I appreciated about a past supervisor, and a challenge I’ve overcome. Toward the end, they included a few role-playing questions that required some creativity.
