Interview
First interview was a 30 minute phone call.
Then I was told at the end I would be going to the second round of interviews which was a video interview.
During the video interview the interviewer made sure I was comfortable and chatted with me before being. It lasted about 45 to 50 minutes. At the end I was told I would be notified within 24 hours.
The next day I received a call saying they would like to extend an offer.

Interview
The initial process is automated, as soon as you provide your information a real person reaches out over the phone and email. A phone interview is set up and later on a 45 minute video call with a local supervisor. After that a team member reaches out in order to answer any questions about the process and training.
