Met with the hiring manager who was prepared and enjoyable to speak with. Good dialogue and explained the position very well. The company was in an aggressive hiring mode and I met their qualifications. I received an offer on the spot and it moved very quickly through human resources. Started two weeks later

Interview
It was a Teams video call with the Sales Manager. The job and the expectations were explained extremely well. He Asked me some questions about my previous roles and if ever had KPIs that I had to hit (which I have) the interview for me was very easy as I’ve been in the industry a long time. The interview was set for 45 mins but really only took about 30.
