Auto Plus Auto Parts interview questions

Interview was fairly normal and formal. However, I felt as they were trying to investigate more of my background, but for their company sake, they wanted to know information about sales numbers from my previous employer, which was the competition. Genuinely didn’t feel as my credentials, talent and experience was a key factor felt more like an interrogation.

Multi tier process beginning with talent acquisition via phone. Process proceeds to an interview with the director filling the position. Process to this point was less than a week. Final step is in person with several interviewers (Covid-19 protocol followed) at different times spanning roughly 3.5hrs.
