After submitting my resume, I was contacted within a few hours to schedule my personal interview with Mr. Wilkins. Stacey promptly sent an email confirmation that had great tips for preparing for the interview. (Something I was thankful for since I didn't have previous experience.) The day before the interview, Stacey sent me a reminder, and due to a last minute personal schedule conflict, I was given the opportunity to reschedule my appointment instead of having to cancel it. When I arrived for the interview, Mr. Wilkins directed me to fill out a paper application as he would be a few moments due to a current interview he was about to begin. My interview went well, and I was even invited to sales training that week. Ken advised that I would have my final interview management on Friday following the conclusion of training. When I questioned that part of their process, I was given a very straight forward, honest response stating that training doesn't mean I was hired but Mr. Wilkins stated that about 95% of the invitees do get hired and I was HIRED! Overall the process was a great experience.
