I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Automated Benefit Services
Interview
I was asked about relatives that they knew due to my name. They discussed the job details vaguely. I was asked about my prior work experience. Benefits or pay was not discussed. The interview did not take long. I feel it was because of a training class that they were trying to fill for the next week.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Automated Benefit Services (Sterling Heights, MI)
Interview
The interview process was simple. I applied and about two weeks later, I received an assessment via email. Two weeks after that, I received a call for a phone interview and an in person interview was scheduled at that point.
It took about a month to hear back after a great interview. An offer was made. I negotiated and then accepted. Overall, my experience was good. Took longer than the norm but my experience was positive.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Automated Benefit Services (Sterling Heights, MI) in May 2015
Interview
Filled out paperwork while I waited for the interview to take place. Basis questions were asked during the face to face session. Two managers accompany me into a circular table where one of them spoke and asked all the questions. The interview took about 30 minutes. I was the last interview to fill the training class that began in 9 days.
