Hiring process was quick. The recruiter arranged for a video call with a Technical person and the call went on for around 30 mins. Once done, I was expecting HR round but to my surprise, they decided the expected CTC and sent the offer letter. Moreover, the offer letter was maintained as a comparison of my previous salary slip. Next to every component they mentioned how much they are increasing. And there was no PF.
