First started with a phone screening with the company recruiter. I had a one hour interview with VP of design on the next day. They decided to bring me in for an onsite which is 4 hours long. On the day of onsite, I started with 1-hour design presentation to the design team (around 10 designers), in the session, people raised questions about the design processes, the approaches of design, etc. The presentation was followed by a one-hour design challenge with 1 researcher and 1 designer. After the design challenge, there was a 15 minutes break. After that, I had two of the 45 minutes interviews with 1 PM manager and the VP of design. I received the offer on the next week. The overall experience was pleasant. All the people I met are very friendly.
