3 rounds of interview process
2 technical round-in the first technical round all were key questions and in second round questions were on troubleshooting and technical content.
1 HR( Taken by reporting manager and senior manager)- in this too there were questions on technical back ground apart from the hr level questions

Interview
The first round was a phone screening with HR, mainly focused on my background and interest in the company. The second round was technical, covering overall concepts which every technical support engineer must be aware of, and some general troubleshooting questions. The third round was with Manager, where they covered all of the scenario based questions and, How you deal with client in different different situatuins. The final round was a conversation with the hiring manager, discussing my experience and how I could contribute to the team.

You should be well aware with tools like Postman, Fiddler, Wireshark, APIs, Rest APIs, Networking, and other related skills and tools.
The process is good with interesting questions. Waiting for the best to happen.The recruitment team is good and I’m waiting for my result. Overall a good experience with this interview

Interview
I had 3 main rounds apart from screening and HR rounds. 1 screening, 2 technical and 1 manager round. The result of each round is very quick and prompt. Technical rounds are strictly based around the RnR and are very thorough.
