1)Talked to the HR person initially.
2)The next round was with an engineering manager, who asked technical questions and was very friendly , but was very thorough.
3) Talked to the Head of Engineering who clearly didn't have any idea of engineering, and dodged every question I asked.
4) Talked to the HR person again and found out that they will paying me 20 K less than what I would be making in my current job to move to California .The benefits also sounded terrible. I rejected the offer.
