I had an over the phone interview with the recruiter. She was super nice and we had a great conversation about my experience, how I achieved my goals, and how I went out my way to help clients. I made it to the second interview which was on zoom. The Hiring Manager looked like she rolled out of bed, but we had a good conversation as well. A lot of questions about organization, outbound calling, and financial impact. I didn’t make it to the 3rd interview.
