Due to the high volume of applicants the interview questions were sent to me and I needed to record a video with my answers to the questions. This was with their Operations Manager who is no longer with the company. She followed up with a zoom call and the process was fairly easy and Melissa was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately Melissa is no longer with the company, which is why I rated this a neutral as things don't seem so organized now, after she has left the company.
