Not much of one now....warm body...your hired. Also if you have a car and insurance. Pretty basic . They sat they will train you but you basically ride with another guy.

Phone interview with quick fire questions. Spoke with regional manager about past experience in the field. Asked about personal transportation options. Asked about insurance on vehicle. Was offered position on the phone and told to expect delivery of company phone and equipment.
