I had a great experience interviewing for a Data Analyst position at AvaTrade. The process included a phone call with HR, a Zoom interview with the team leader, an in-person meeting with the team leader and Head of Data (including an SQL test), and finally a conversation with the Head of HR. From the very beginning, everyone I met was friendly, professional, and respectful. The communication was clear throughout the process, and the overall experience gave me a very positive impression of the company and its culture.
