Interview
I met with the head of the kitchens, and we talked a bit about why I was interested in the job, how my skills matched up, and because I had the desired qualifications it wasn't much of an interview and more of a conversation about what the job is like, and then they showed me around the facility. I was given an offer of employment right then. It was an entry level position and a casual interview, everyone was very friendly.

Interview
If your application makes it through the system and on to the dietary manager's desk, the manager will look over your application and if he likes it well enough he will call you, ask when you can come in, and probably tell you to bring everything you need to fill out paperwork. During your "interview", you might get asked a few questions about experience and availability but it will mostly be a tour of the work space. If you both agree to a hiring you'll go to HR to start filling out paperwork if you brought your ID and whatever else you need.
