- They called early for a short interview after I sent my application - After the 15 mi telephone interview there was a 1 hour HR interview, which was fine, the interviewer was kind and asked good questions I haven't heard from them from since, which is very unexpected from a smaller company. I asked the interviewer about what she likes the most about the company. She replied that the HR process is getting really good. After this answer it's a little bit ironic that I didn't receive anything from their side after the interview, not a single refusal email.
