Avanta Consulting interview questions

First interview was friendly and warm Second interview was horrible! Rude and condescending! I'm super shocked that a recruiting company is all about being people and customer service oriented, yet my experience with the second interviewer was terrible.

Starts with a phone interview then in-person if they find a role. It's very casual and the questions are simple and tailored the position. The phone interview was about 15 minutes while the in-person was about 30 minutes.
