Video interview with a few people where they asked several questions and told me about the position and company. Then a secondary in-person interview with a few people where we went through another set of questions and then they showed me the office.

Applied online, and was scheduled for an in-person interview (pre-COVID). Was offered the position after a single interview and background check. They hire for this position in classes with a set start date, so timing between offer date and start date may be short or long depending on when the class is set to start.
