Waste of time! Two phone interviews and an online test scattered around 2 months. Then suddenly an onsite interview which went very well with positive response to the "Thank you" emails I sent. I didn't hear back from them so I followed up after 2 weeks. They said they would let me know and then silence forever! I did another round of follow up emails and never got a response. They handled it unprofessionally; I deserve a response to my emails if I spent a day to travel there for an interview. It's an indication of poor HR practices. I wont consider them again.

The process was good but long, Took like 2 months from the first contact to get and offer job. I got a interview by the regional manager and the software manager great experience, technical questions relax environment. after contact the averna recruiter i had to do a skills test after all that process i got the interview
