Aviation Capital interview questions

Very friendly team members and mostly behavioral questions on whether you'd be a good fit. Location is good if you live OC, however HR /recruiters practices "ghosting" and you will be left hanging without knowing any results or timeline.

One-on-one interview over a two-day period. Interviewed with about five different people including HR and upper management. I was asked behavioral questions, and why I would be a good fit at the company. Interviewers were very friendly.
