Interview was about php. technical interview + online coding. duration is about 1.5-2 hours. But they are looking for Go developer, so I had some understanding that I need to have perfect result to proceed.

I had 4 interviews: screening, problem-solving, platform (Python or Golang) and system design. Adequate and nice interviewers, interesting tasks. During a system design section you need to design something like Avito itself

Interview
The process included:
1) a phone call with recruiter,
2) a high-level interview about my experience with back-end development,
3) an algorithms round,
4) an interview about the language platform I feel most comfortable with,
5) a system design round,
6) a final people & culture round with HR & folks from the team.
Literally everyone was nice and friendly. Declined their offer with a heavy heart. 10/10 would apply again.
