Short "product scoring" interview to check basic product manager skills. There also can be questions about UX and product analytics. There is 1 interviewer, a product manager. Length: 30 minutes. About 10-15 questions. Short and structured answers are expected.
Screening with HR team, case study on the funnel, general questions about product management theory, interview with hiring manager.
Avito has a very unified interview experience, they send all the materials how to prepare in advance which really helps before the interview and you know what questions to expect, so the overall process goes smoothly and less nervous
