Avo Photonics interview questions

Got contacted by HR for 3 different roles over a 2 month period. Did multiple phone interviews before the head of HR finally realized I had done multiple phone interviews and 1 virtual interview already. I hadn’t heard anything back after the virtual interview with the hiring manager so I figured I had already been ghosted. Nope, they just move so slowly and HR seemed confused and like they weren’t tracking anything. Had another virtual interview with the site lead. Then I had an in person site visit. All that and I got completely ghosted. I even reached out to the HR person for an update and they couldn’t be bothered to answer. Company seems a mess

Overall the interview process is smooth and efficient. I had phone screening, 30 min first round discussing relevant experience in resume; 1h technical round digging in deeper into technical details in optical alignment, fiber optics and component knowledge, and an on-site final round interview, where I had a lab tour of the cleanroom and talked to four different people
