One-on-one conversation with a supervisor; several questions asked about the company and my desire to work with them. Included a phone call to arrange and to follow up afterwards, as well as frequent phone or email communication during the process.
Interviewer was friendly and casual. The store was based in a touristy spot, so there were many people coming in and out of the interview area. Interviewer was a little late but was apologetic and the rest of the interview went smoothly.
