Avolites interview questions

First line interview with an external service provider (not an agency) doing CV review and screening. Second stage arranged a week later as a video call with the current MD, a more in depth discussion over experience and some scenario questions. Some of the scenarios were quite specific so I won't list the questions here, but none were overly difficult. As always, I thought of more relevant experience I could have drawn on after the interview - isn't that always the way! Both interviews were very professional and no specific expectations were set but I was kept informed all along of the process and given prompt feedback.
