Interview
I first spoke with Bridie the head of people & Culture to learn more about Aware. She dug deeper into my motivations for moving the company, what was important to me, professionally and personally and of course some housekeeping things such as right to work etc. The second stage was with the three business owners.

One question that stood out was I had the standard "What are the three things that motivate you?" But the question that really got me thinking was "What are the three things that demotivate you?"
