Fairly straightforward interview, asked about previous experience and explained how the structure worked. At the time they did not have any desk fee. Went through a rec to rec. Interviewees were friendly and polite. Had a positive experience.

I met about 4 different people in the process...the interview was about 2 hours long - this involved a role play, standard interview questions and a talk about my experience. I was regularly interrupted and it felt like an interrogation rather than an interview! It was too full on and put me off wanting to work there completely.
