Company recruiter contacted me directly via LinkedIn. After speaking with the recruiter over the phone about the role, I was informed that the company only offered 12 days PTO (both sick and vacation combined) which cannot be negotiated. I was told that every employee no matter their role or years of experience (I have 15+ years experience) is offered 12 days PTO. I made the recruiter aware that I activity have double the PTO days that they are offering and if they couldn't match or come close, I was no longer interested in the role. Recruiter informed me that this was a company wide policy, so I declined to continue past the first stage of interview and requested I no longer be considered for the role.
