Very structured and laid out process. Started with an internal recruiter call that lasted almost an hour. She took me through what the whole process looked like so I knew exactly what to expect. Very in depth for an initial screen. I was asked questions and spoke about my accomplishments. Polite and generous with their time. Extremely pleasant to speak with. Second part was with VP. Recruiter was in the room and took notes while the VP casually asked questions. VP was laid back and not intimidating. I wouldn't say it's easy (in that you'll need to be well prepared) but the people were easy going and pleasant to deal with. They seemed to be extremely busy so their hiring timeline jumped around a bit. I had to follow up but got responses.
