Being firstly contacted by recruiter approximately last year in June, had online interviews with different people for three times. Completed a motivational map and had another online meeting to talk about the map. Being invited to the office for a final interview. After all these efforts and time I have put in, they completely ghosted me until now. No emails or phone calls to let you know their decision. Such a waste of people’s time and disrespect of people’s effort. Not professional at all

I was called for a first interview with the HR manager and the director. Later they invited me for a second interview with consisted of a trial and a presentation. The process was easy, I did not receive an offer, moreover I received a untruthful excuse that I did not qualified for the job since I did not have the experience required for the position and that the final decision was between me and another candidate. I feel that there is no reason to lie regarding why a person is not accepted.
