Ayn Rand Institute interview questions

A long pre interview process that included 2 essay questions and a vetting of your familiarity with Ayn Rand and Objectivism. This is followed by two well done Skype interviews that further probe by inquiring into both employment/academic history and philosophical principles that the interviewee adheres to. On the down side, this process is largely a side effect, since participation as an intern at ARI is in most circumstances COMPLETELY predicated upon being accepted as an intern at the institute that funds the program(s), that being the Koch Institute. So while the process at ARI, while rigorous and necessary (they make sure that you accept the core principles of reason, objective reality, and capitalism, etc.) the process is nullified if Koch thinks otherwise as far as the internship seeker is concerned.
